Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting any form on this website (sportiqa.io), the user (hereinafter — the “Data Subject”) freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives their consent to the Operator to process their personal data on the terms set out below.

The Operator processes the following categories of personal data provided by the Data Subject:

• name of the fitness club / company;
• currently used CRM / management system;
• comments and any other information voluntarily provided in the form;
• technical data: IP address, user agent, page URL, date and time of submission.

3. Purposes of processing

• processing requests and providing information about SPORTIQA products and services;
• arranging demos, calls and onboarding;
• sending service messages and, with separate consent, newsletters;
• improving the quality of services and analytics;
• complying with the requirements of applicable law.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of this consent of the Data Subject, as well as the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” and other applicable regulations.

5. List of actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and non-automated.

6. Transfer to third parties

The Operator may engage trusted processors (cloud infrastructure, email and messaging providers, analytics services) that act on the Operator's instructions and under confidentiality obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

7. Storage period

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer term is required by law.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

The Data Subject has the right to access their personal data, request rectification, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to hello@sportiqa.io. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.

9. Validity of consent

This consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted and until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject in the manner described above.
