Next we wired AI into the Sportiqa admin. It now helps to:

It saves time, removes writer's block and helps speak the member's language.
Step 3
Per-member recommendations
Inside every member profile there's a button that runs an AI analysis of their last year of training and visits. It studies the behaviour and suggests:
- What to offer right now
- Who to invite for a sit-down
- Who to send a bonus or a promo
- And who to leave alone for a while
How it plays out: a manager opens a profile, taps the button — Sportiqa de-identifies the data and sends it to the AI. Within a minute the answer is back.
